Looking for a unique way to capture memories at your event? Consider our Audio Guestbook for hire. Our service allows your guests to leave personalised audio messages that you can keep and cherish forever. From weddings to corporate events, our Audio Guestbook adds a special touch to any occasion.
How it works...
Pick up the handset and listen to the pre-recorded message (which the hirer can record before hand), wait for the tone, leave your message and put the handset down when you've finished. Simple as that. The hirer will then receive a digital copy of all the voice messages after the event (once the audio clips have been cleaned with background noise removal), which they can save and keep 4 ever.
FREE HIRE with ALL PACKAGES
We will provide the setup as below with a table, sign and colour changing lamp for a classic look. An attendant will be present to ensure everything runs smoothly. The Audio Guestbook can be used as many times as required and we will provide a power bank to ensure it is kept fully charged throughout the event. Ideally, the Audio Guestbook needs to be situated in a quiet area but with plenty of footfall so people can see it and use it.

We have Public Liability Insurance and all our equipment is PAT tested annually (available upon request).
